Music and Movement (Mommy and Me)
Length: 45 minutes

This is a hand in hand class which introduces children to the concepts of rhythm and coordination through music and dance.  Students will become familiar with the most basic dance movements while incorporating the use of musical props, storytelling, and dance games.

Creative Movement (Mommy and Me)
Length: 45 minutes

This is a hand in hand class in which the use of creative props, storytelling, dance games, and music will be combined with basic dance movements and techniques.  Students will be encouraged to express themselves freely, using their imaginations to create their own movements as well as participating in group activities.

Music and Movement
Length: 45 minutes

Pre-Ballet
Length: 45 minutes

This class provides children with a fun-filled introduction to Ballet through the use of storytelling, dance games, and music.  Students will become familiar with basic body positions, techniques, and movements.

Pre-Tap
Length: 45 minutes

This class provides children with a fun-filled introduction to Tap through the use of musical props, storytelling, dance games, and music.  Students will become familiar with the basic body positions, techniques and movements while exploring the concepts of rhythm and coordination.

Pre-Ballet and Pre-Tap
Length: 45 minutes

This class combines Pre-Ballet and Pre-Tap

Curious Pups Yoga

This interactive class blends yoga poses with music, crafts, picture books, and imaginative games.  Our classes are designed to stimulate and encourage your child’s playful and curious mind.  Through yoga, they will learn about the world around them, while developing coordination, self-expression, connection with others, and relaxation!

Pre-Jazz
Length: 45 minutes

This class provides children with a fun-filled introduction to Jazz Dance through the use of storytelling, dance games, and music.  Students will become familiar with basic body positions, techniques and movements while exploring the concepts of rhythm, coordination and musicality.

Courageous Lions Yoga

Yoga poses come to life as children are encouraged to fly like a bird, moo and meow in cat-cow and balance themselves like a tree on a breezy day.  While exploring the world of animals and nature, they will learn to connect with the world around them.   While play is always encouraged, they will also learn how to focus, sit quietly and be completely still, even if it is just for a few moments!

Tiger Cubs Karate
Length: 45 minutes

The Tiger Cubs program is designed to introduce children to the very basic concepts of martial arts.  These concepts include such topics as manners and etiquettes, balance, social skills, awareness, life skills, safety skills, listening skills and following directions.  The students will also be introduced to the basic kicks and punches as well as the beginnings of Martial Arts techniques and forms.

Hip Hop
Length: 1 hour

If you want to learn how to move and groove like today’s hottest hip hop dancers, then this is the class for you. This is a high energy introduction to hip hop and the latest dance moves. Music and moves will be appropriate for kids of all ages. So if you’re a kid that likes to move or a teen that likes to groove then come join the fun!

Break Dancing
Length: 1 hour

Let’s kick it Old School!  Break out your cardboard and kicks and let’s start breakin’.  You will learn such steps as the Six Step, Up Rock, Shuffle and much more. Express yourself and get creative while developing your own hip hop flavor. 

Brave Explorers Yoga

This fun and playful class encourages children to go on great adventures with the use of their imagination.  We will explore yoga poses through the use of themed activities, cooperative games, storytelling, art, and visual imagery.  Lessons will be taught to build self-expression, positive thinking, and awareness of the world around them. 

Bonding Warriors Yoga 6+ with Parents

This class brings Yogis and Yoginis together for a fun-filled bonding experience.  We will explore yoga poses together through breathing exercises, partner activities, and themed adventures.  Our family oriented class encourages finding a deeper connection with each other.  Extended family and caregivers are encouraged to participate as well!

Soaring Eagles Yoga

While keeping a playful heart, this class explores the growing mind and body.   In hopes to create a deeper understanding of ourselves, we use yoga postures and anatomical lessons to connect, balance and focus.   Partner and independent activities are used in this class to encourage lasting friendships, kindness to all living things and balance.   We will ‘untie the knots’ and learn breathing and relaxing techniques, while continuing to soar carefree like the eagle.

Junior Tigers Karate
Length: 1 hour

Ki Yah!!  Punch, Kick, Jump your way to becoming a Junior Tiger in this exciting karate program.  You will learn techniques and forms that will help you achieve your karate goals.  Perfect your skills on our awesome 3 Kick, or by sparring with your classmates.  Karate has never been this much fun!!

Peaceful Warriors Yoga

As the need for independence grows on, we teach a form of yoga to this age group closer to that of an adult class.  While keeping a playful mind, we explore traditional yoga poses in a deeper sense to build physical strength, body awareness and self-exploration.  The flowing sequences will help your child to build strength, confidence, flexibility, and trust within themselves and others.  Through relaxation and breathing techniques, they will learn to find de-stress before a test, focus for a challenging activity and find peace in an uncertain world.  Your children will learn life skills that they can use throughout the rest of their lives. 

Junior Tigers Karate
Length: 1 hour
